Credit Unions Build for Habitat's Operation Home Again
Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union, along with several Southwestern Indiana credit unions have joined forces to build a home for Habitat for Humanity of Evansville’s Operation Home Again.

Habitat’s Operation Home Again is a permanent housing program for families affected by the November 6, 2005 tornado. Fifty-five homes will be built in the new community of New Haven on Evansville’s southeast side. Construction is expected to start in the spring or early summer of 2007.

This collaborative effort among these local credit unions displays unity and builds upon the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.”

As little as a dollar a member can build a home! If all members of the participating credit unions would donate at least one dollar, a home could be built. Credit union members, as well as members of our community, are encouraged to make a donation. Donations are being accepted at all participating credit union branches or online at our Credit Union Habitat Home website.

Click here for more information or to donate using our Online Contribution Form.

Remember, as little as a dollar per member can build a home!
